If i decline the PR Application or just dont apply in 60 days time would i be considered for the immediate next draw? I still have some some documents to collect and last date is 27 May, my score is 472. what do you guys think?

It's really a gamble, had your score been >500 I'd say by all means.. But since there havent been any draws for a few weeks one might worry about the upcoming cutoff..

If I were you, I wouldn't withdraw, and would try to get everything by the deadline. Worst case scenario, it will expire and you'll have to submit a new application and wait for the ITA anyway..

Good luck..

What documents are you stuck at if i may ask?

If you decline an invitation, you will be put back into the Express Entry pool to be considered in future rounds of invitations. Declining an invitation will not have a negative effect on whether or not you could be invited to apply later.

If you do not decline an invitation and you do not apply within 60 days, the invitation will expire and you will have to complete and submit a new Express Entry profile and be accepted to the pool again to be considered in future rounds of invitations.
