Withdrawing current application and re-applying under fast track

Hello ever one,

I applied for federal skilled immigration PR visa on Occtober,2006 from Islamabad-Pakistan. Now I recieved a letter from CHC-Islamabad dated: April-2009 regarding my consent to withdraw the application.I have given my consent on May-2009 to withdaw my application so that I could re-apply under fast track program. I haven't yet heared anythig from CHC-Islamabad.

Will you please guide me whether i should re-apply now or wait the notification regarding my withdrwal.

If you have withdrawn, then reapply now without wasting time. Otherwise it is no use to withdraw application.
I am also a Sept 2006 Applicant from Islamabad, and I opted not to withdraw. And I expect that I will be contacted by CIC by next year.

acma is equalent to bchlor ,(in my openion)
2 bchlor means 22 points.
check ur self too.
