if anyone can guide me?

I have sent my spouse and mine medical ....need to add a dependant yet.....but cannot proceed the process now for personal reasons...so want to withdraw the application...kindly guide me regarding this
and i just saw on canadian immigration website that my visa office(buffalo) is closed .

Any help who and where to contact now
