If you are doing medicals for your FAM application, then you have gone far. So it all depend on you no, whether to withdraw or not. Bu i think keeping the 2 is costly and you are right , when it goes to in process you can not be refunded.

if you are doing medical then you can withdraw, wait for experts to confirm.

Hope it helps.

It's not that I'm any nearer because I am getting my Medicals done, that is part of the family sponsorship you have to do your Medicals before you apply. It all gets sent off together.

Morning!

More advice please, if possible.........

I have emailed cic london 3 times and have wrote to them asking to withdraw my application 4 weeks ago. I was not In Process when I sent the letter.

I have still not had any correspondence from them and this week my application turned to In Process.

I hope they are not thinking cause it is now In Process that they will not refund me, I have the proof my application to withdraw was
prior to being In Process.

Does anyone have any experience in this area, or how long it will take to get a response???

Thanks

HI!

Try faxing them as this is the fastest way of communication. Inlcude copy of your withdrawl letter sent 4 weeks ago and inform them you were not in process when you sent that letter but in proces now. Also email them and put subject of email as very urgent and include everything.

Thanks
