I came to canada from Roxham 3 months ago and i applied Refugees case. Now i want withdraw my case as i have one year european Temporary business residence card what are the consequence.
1.Would they deport me or without deportion they will send me.
2.I came european country and my residency card ia valid a year so they will send me in my native country or they will send me european country where i reach to USA.

You won’t be going back to the US. Chances are, if you depend on cbsa to make travel arrangements, you are going back to your home country.

Your best chance is to try to leave on your own terms. If you pay for your own ticket and arrange to get your own passport back that is the best way forward.

I do not want to go back Us and i want to go back europe with my own tickets. Then what will be situations i want to go voluntary cbsa
will release my passport with my family and we will deport or we leave with well plan and during taking back documents we can get save from deportation and documents will be given to captain of areoplan or i will get documents by cbsa

You will have to make arrangement to retrieve your passport from CBSA as long as your visa is still valid yes you will be able to board the plane. There is still a risk that the European country will not let you in at the POE. You should also purchase tickets from the European country to your home country.

It is up to the European country. Nobody can guarantee entry into most countries it is always up to the immigration agent. Your previous refugee claim may concern other countries but nobody can guarantee what will happen.
