I came to Canada two years ago and claim refugee the reason of claim was traditional, but now the situation has change as the person who have been forcing the matter is no more around. my family wrote me a letter telling me to come back as they already talked about the matter and they all came an agreement and I really miss home and the only reason I am here was because of that. my Question is what are the procedure on withdrawing my case and what are risk and what will happen when i go back will my government be inform of the matter or not and how long does it take before leaving Canada, will they take my work permit the day I filed the withdrawal form or how long does it take before they take all Canadian papers away from me.
