1) whether we can withdraw CEC application once deicion is made- DEcision here is positive "approved"

2) what is the process to withdraw CEC pr APPLICATION?

3) whether Call center can put notes of withdrawal of application?

I do not want to do this I called up cic and said want to withdraw BOWP I was wondering if by mistake they may take as withdrawal of cec pr hence asking question about process

Why would you believe they would withdraw your CEC application?

You mean you asked to withdraw your BOWP application but you are worried they might withdraw your CEC instead?
