I gave all my details to agent,he told he will request withdraw and he sent to me receipt of the payments
If going through an agent is your choice and you have the money to waste, then there is no problem.

What I know is that visa application withdrawal is free, and you don't need an agent or anyone else to do it.

All you need to do is fill out the webform with your information and include the reason for the application withdrawal.

I think it will depend on the IRCC office. Mine was through IRCC London office, and it took about 12 days.

do you know if it is okay to make another TRV application after I request withdrawal of my first one? I got an email saying IRCC has received my request, and I also submitted a webform explaining the error and why I had to withdraw, but the status of application is the same as before, 'Submitted'
