I applied visitor Visa by Agent since last year on August and I did biometrics, But I come to realizes there is mistake on my information this month, after getting job offer from a certain company in Canada through another Agent who help me to find a job,he told me that we have to withdraw the first application which has a lot of mistakes and apply another visa,

I want to know is it possible to do that?
So you have an approved LMIA to apply for a closed work permit with the experience and education? You can withdraw TRV. What is the status as you many not get money back and it may be in review by an officer.

There is no fee to withdraw so ask for money back. What is the NOC/province? Do you have a copy of the LMIA? Hope you aren’t being scammed.
I don't have a copy of LMIA,I will ask him to send to me but I already sign a contract with an employer and submit my other documents

There was no need to withdraw (which doesn’t cost anything) a TRV because it is a separate process. You could have withdrawn it yourself for free. What does the job offer include? What is the NOC?

If application is already in review can it be withdraw?
A visa applicant can submit a withdrawal request at any time when the application is still in process.

But note that IRCC may approve or deny the withdrawal request.

IRCC will update you when your request to withdraw or cancel your application is finalized. One can get decision within a week, but at times this decision takes longer, like more than a month.

You can request for refund of the visa application fee, not for biometrics (unless if the biometric is not done yet).

Note: IRCC is likely not going to refund the application fee because they don’t normally refund fee.

Be careful when you’re dealing with agent because majority of them are liars.

It’s FREE to withdraw an application, and you don’t need anyone to do this. All you need to do is submit a webform to withdraw or cancel your application.

You can use the link below to submit your request.
