I am totally in a confused state.. Life is becoming complicated with visa's, pyastub, greencard, labour, I-140 etc
Now i am planning to go back to india before that i want t o withdraw the AINP application(Since 65 days, its annoying me).
Please let me know the procedure how to withdraw the application without the file number.

Dude,

Dont give up hopes. First of all why do you want to withdraw the application? Instead let it process and if you get lucky with the nomination, you can apply for CIC through India. You can forward your mails to some friends address who can post you the nomination.

Good Luck.

hi bro,
i agree 101% with albertagovernor!
just think about this:
"remember you are born to live.don't live because you are born!
don't go the way life takes you ...take life the way you go."
-unknow

don't forget this one too:

"you miss 100 percent of all the shots you never take"
-wayne gretzky.

stand tall and firm, keep hope you're just one step away for the destination
good luck

Earlier in april AINP announced that there will be changes in H1 B holder program and ,as suspected, the list of qualifying occupations were not reduced... I thought that the change in the list will come true as suspected and there was a day left for me (that too i was out of town) to fill all forms and dispatch.
I haven't done anything intentionally but happened due to lack of time:
1) I dint take the photocopy of the application form 2) Half of the form was written with hand in black ink and half of the application was typed in black.
3)Some departure date doesn't match with the passport..
I rechecked my details recently when i read zuhair's posting
Before they reject me i wan t to withdraw it. getting PR is a secondary thing but my relations should be good....Earlier i had healthy relation with canada.

Well going back can be beneficial if you have 0123 or any NOC based experience and file under FSW at New delhi within 12 month they will finalize your case. Buffalo's charm was only process time.
