Withdrawal from College + Joining University

Can someone help me if you have any information?

I got an Offer for Project Mgmt course at Humber, paid the fees and have applied for visa.

Now I have also got an offer for Masters from Carleton.I want to withdraw from Humber and join Carleton.

What would be the process to withdraw from Humber and get the admission done at Carleton and how should i notify CIC regarding the same

Me also in the same boat got visa for Conestoga col for 2 yrs PGD, Ontario then got acceptance from Concordia Uni, Montreal for Masters now want to join Concordia hence applied for CAQ what should be appropriate for me like withdraw and refund from Conestoga and joining Concordia I an going to land in Toronto on 27 Jan 2016.

Please guide me appropriately.
