Hello everyone,
I came to Canada in 2013 as a international student, and got married in 2014. I graduated in 2015, and got a job related to my program (NOC type B: Technician). I applied for spouse sponsorship in 2014 (my wife is a permanent resident). I just got a letter from CIC, they said my application was transferred to Etobicoke for further assessment. Many people said it will take more than 6 months for CIC schedule for the interview, and I have a big chance to get rejection. Should I withdraw spouse sponsorship application now, and then apply for Canadian experience class? My company will give me a job offer that ensure I will get invitation to apply for PR, I am holding post graduation work permit and it will expire next year. Will I have any problem with CIC if I withdraw sponsorship application, and will I get deported if I failed on the interview?
Thank you very much!!!
