I have applied paper based PNP last year, but I had to leave Canada because of my family issue in my country...
So I applied EE which was CEC, in my country since I was not suitable for PNP anymore.
Fortunately, I received an ITA of EE.
Should I withdraw my paper based PNP before submitting a complete EE application?
I don't know the reasons, it seems that my PNP application is still progressing even I left Canada.
