Withdraw or not?

Hello Experts

Need your advice -
My CRS score is 412 and had submitted my profile on 17th of June.
I was expecting Nomination from Ontario ,but didn't receive it till date. Somebody suggested me to register in Job Bank, and I did same last week.

Somebody suggested to re-submit the profile by withdrawing the old profile.

Question: Should I withdraw and then re-submit the profile this Thursday?

Were you expecting nomination from Ontario or Expression of Interest from them? They do not send it to everyone above 400 points. I had 428 points and never got it.
You can try and withdrew but it may not change anything.
