Hi,
With all the people getting rejected for having less than 365 days for experience, I am thinking of withdrawing and reapplying the file. Since I did not complete 365 days till the PT Notification.

Anyone with experience who has done this before without being charged ?

Thanks,
Anuj

Does Ontario state what its policy is? I'm asking as I have not re-created my profile to try and get a PNP Letter of Interest?

Someone said yesterday you have to state your start and finish working dates in the format : 'dd/mm/yyyy'. Hence I assume you are right and would need to withdraw.

On the date you send the documents in how far short of '365' working days were you?

I am short of of 42 days since, I worked part-time approximate 25-30 hours each week for 3 months. This is when rec'ed PT notification.

When I applied ( Send my Documents) it was 12 days short but it is more than 2000 hours.

PS: I am assuming for that for part time job I will only get half the credit

Thanks,
Anuj

Given what you have said, and if Ontario has the same policy as CIC, then you may be rejected.

I take no pleasure in saying this. Just being realistic.

Wait for others who have gone through or are going through the process to inform you of their experience. I'm just commenting as a CIC applicant only.

I completely understand that. It was very confusing. I am just trying to take refund and apply again. Better to be safe. Thanks for the help !

hey I am on the same boat too. but I have only 10 days short (including sat & sun). I started my current full time job on 22 Dec 2014 and I received PT on 11 Dec 2015. and also I previously worked for a company where I worked as a co-op student for 8 months fulltime paid but I wasn't a fulltime student at that time. I have graduation letter from my college and I have work permit started on july 2014. so hopefully they count that as a work experience if not then I am missing 10 days from 365 from my current job but I have competed the 1560 hrs in October 2015.

application sent on jan 13, 2016

I m confuse too bro.....

thanks

Based on the trend I am seeing it could be rejected. I am trying to withdraw application and apply again if they give the DD back.
