No harm in believing but this would lead to invasion of customer privacy. I'm sure if this becomes public and access to information without customer consent, bank & CIC both would be in a court of law.

I have been qualified under FSW and CEC, but got invited under FSW. Is it mandatory to show funds greater than LICO . i am on a valid work permit in canada and have been getting my salary . TO my knowledge , proof of funds is not on the checklist when we go for landing . The money that i have on my account are the ones that i saves apart from the expenses that i have in Canada .

Could someone clarify ?

If the system has qualified you under FSW (be in Inlander) you are required to show PoF.

it is not required to keep money till the end... you need to show current balance in your account at the time of apply and at the time of landing. in between it is your money you can translate however you want... CIC can not check the account balance , without your permission...

Of course to play safe you can keep the money till you complete landing...

I know cases who used money and got PPR..

Hi guys. I have a question regarding POF for OINP.

1. Once I submit my OINP application along with POF, can I withdraw funds from my bank account after submission of application if need be?
2. If I do withdraw funds from my account, I will definitely put those funds back into the account. Is that okay and acceptable by OINP?
2. Does OINP have the right and access to check applicants bank account balance without the knowledge and permission of the applicant?
3. For how long should the balance be maintained after submission to OINP?
