Withdraw CEC Application

hi Seniors. I applied for PR under CEC in Apr. My app was received by CIO-Sydney on Apr 29th. Later, I found out that the NOC I mentioned in my app is NOT matching the one mentioned on my WP. I applied for the withdrawal of the app in May and my withdrawal request reached CIO-Sydney on Jun 3rd. I received my AOR on my original application on Jun 14th. The application status on CIC website is "Application Received on Apr 29th".

Here are my questions:
1. Should I resend the withdrawal request to CIO-Sydney with the application number that I now have from my AOR ?
2. Should I also send a withdrawal request to CPP-Ottawa ? CPP-Ottawa is the Case Processing Center I mentioned on my app.
3. Does anyone know how much time it takes before the withdrawal request gets processed?
4. Is it advisable to submit a new application with CIO-Sydney while the previous one is still in "Application Received" status ? If you are wondering, I have all original documents still with me including the PCCs (that I received after I applied) and the IELTS score card (as I received 2 of those). I understand I need to resubmit the fees if I go this route.

Email CPP-O and tell them you want to withdraw your application.
Make sure to follow those instructions on how to properly email CPP-O:

Thing is that I haven't received my AOR yet and I think my file is still at CIO Sydney because I applied on Nov 11 , 2013.
Should I have to wait until my file reach to the CPP-O ?

I am in the same situation. I called CIC, they said I have to wait for AOR or return, then withdraw or updated my application.

You will have to wait for the AOR in order to withdraw your application.

My situation is:
I graduated on Aug 2012 and started working from Oct 15, 2012 to Nov 20,2012 on Off campus WP and since Nov 21, 2012 I am working on PGWP. The letter which I got from my employer is dated Nov 4, 2013 and I applied on Nov 11, 2013. If they are not including work under OCWP in 1 year Work experience then I'm short by some days.
I am just looking for the proper way to make my experience of total 1 year so that my application will not reject by them. As, I have not received my AOR yet , the only thing according to me which I can do is to withdraw my application and reapply again .
Does anybody know the other option for me ? HELP !!

Yes, I was able to successfully withdraw the application. Here is what you should do - Email CIO-Sydney immediately with a cover letter, your WP copy and Payment receipt. The cover letter should clearly state the reason for withdrawal. Mention your Client ID, Name, DoB, address, email ID, etc(as much info as you can) that will help them in locating your application. Send the same information you emailed (cover letter, WP copy and payment receipt copy) to CIO Sydney mail address where you sent the application.
They usually respond within a month. If they process the request before sending your AOR, you will get the fees refund. If they send you AOR first, your fees will be gone.

I received the AOR before they processed my withdrawal request. So, I didn't get the package back. You might if they process your withdrawal request earlier.
