You don't need to wait for AOR to apply for withdrawal. You will be eligible for a full refund if CIC processes your withdrawal request before they issue you a AoR. They typically process withdrawal request in 30 days. I would say apply for withdrawal ASAP and you might be able to get your money back.skoul12 said:I'm not sure if you're still active here but I'm going through a similar situation.
