Currently in Canada with current work permit expiring in 6 weeks. Am applying for PR through EE CEC and have both the EE AOR and a PR ITA.
I have two questions.
1. Is it OK to apply for my BOWP at this stage?
2. When I try to do it online, and I fill the Eligibility Questionnaire,it keeps taking me to the Express Entry link and then won't let me proceed as it says I already have an application in progress. Is it because when it asks me "How long do you intent to stay in Canada?" I have been putting "Permanently"? Should I put "Temporarily" instead?
Any help gratefully received. This is driving me nuts!
