I have made an express entry profile from which i have 419 crs score, but if i state my spouse is not accompanying me then my crs score will be 446. I am here in canada in study permit and my spouse on open work permit. In this case is it advisable to withdraw my current profile and give that my spouse is not accompanying and later apply for him as dependent?? please give suggestions

Your wife is already with you in Canada. Do you have a reason that is good enough to convince CIC why your wife is not accompanying you? Telling CIC that your wife is not accompanying you to get more points is not a valid reason.

If your wife was in another country, you can say that she has other commitments like caring for parents, studies, promotion at work, etc.

but since i am in study permit and he is in open work permit which states that once the term is over we will go back to home country. In such case will it be advisable to apply without spouse for EE

CIC do not judge your reasons for your wife not accompanying you. They will only need an explanation (just to be sure you know what you are doing!). Every resident of Canada has a constitutionally guaranteed right to private family life, CIC can interfere in your family decision. It is enough for you to say she is not prepared to apply at this time. Just give a reason, that's all! But your wife must be admissible though, so she must do PCC and medicals.

When creating your express entry profile, there is a question asking whether your spouse will accompany you. That question is not put there for fun! It simply recognize that for whatever reason your spouse may not accompany you. Nobody has a right to question decision you made within your marriage, so long as it is not illegal
