@KHJN

I recommend you do not reapply until at least six months later. You and your parents have applied thrice in a span of just three months. This indicates desperation to visit.

Is your bank balance consistent with your income and tax assessment? A balance of CAD 35,000 would seem like it was borrowed for the visa application if you don't have any other financial investments.

Do you own the property in the country where you have worker status? Or in your home country? And if it is the latter then is the property rented out? Mortgage?

Except for your employment + your mom's employment, you and you parents don't have other strong ties to your country of residence. For example: a lease? Dependent family members to return to?
If i have all docs in place cant i reapply separately within 2 to 3months? @Bryanna

I would still recommend you wait for some months before reapplying. You've already been refused three times in just three months. This does not look good on your application history.

Getting a US visa + Schengen visa immediately after this would make it seem like you're trying too hard.

You have a good case, but you really need to work hard to prepare a convincing application. And, do wait!
