usually property is evaluated by CA officer, but they will charge a hell lot of money. so i did it through a notary advocate which is acceptable and cheap

I read from your previous posts that your dropping your engg degree in the second sem and applying to canada which will have a very negative effect on your profile.. what you can do is that you should not mention that you were doing engg instead mention in the study gap that you were preparing for engg entrance for 1 year and then u realized that u wanted to study abroad due to future better prospects in india blah blah.. ur good to go. But usually from what I have seen guys after 12th standard who take up bachelors degree gets visas.. it all depends on your luck.... anyways best of luck

with gods grace my visa is approved. here are the details.
10th-75%
12th-75%
BDS- 63%
IELTS -7.5
applied @ george brown college
program: medical office administration
course duration - 2 years
application filed under SPP @ VFS bangalore on 24th june
file reached CHC delhi on 25thjune
visa approved on 2nd july
passport dispatched on 4th july.
recieved on 5th july.
In this occasion i have to thank many people for helping me out during my preps. esp sabby2612,tiger,aman singh
and also everyone in the forum who have contributed indirectly by sharing their knowledge. above all thankyou lord.
please feel free to ask any queries. with my limited knowledge if i know i would be very pleased to help.

Oh and i have a question, did you show your parents ITR (Income Tax Return) or Family Income Statement Annually? Shed some light here, I am going to apply for visa in another two months.
I did not show any it returns.. the docs I submitted are my brothers 3 months salary statement and also 2 affidavits from my brother and father in which they mention the annual income of them, property evaluation and also they state that they are ready to sponsor my studies in canada.. thats it
