Hi, i applied in the late 2009 and got 1st AOR in feb now my 120 are almost over. and i didn't get the IELTS result as required i m lacking 2 points ? so if i didn't submit the whole docs will the fee will be return or shall i have to write a letter of withdrawing ?? what r the contents of that letter ??

can i submit the docs after 120 days ???like 10 20 days after ?

give IELTS again my IELTS score isn't that bad just need little concerntration i got L7 R7 W7 S6 i just needed 0.5 in either listening or speaking any one of it ?

ok then go a head if u have time of just 20 days more after submission of complete documents, Submit your documents with IELTS result that is best according to u and take IELTS again aand send it with a cover letter to CHC that u have improved ur language proficiency result. I hope it will work. i did the same . i was also short of 1 point but i submitted my documents with IELTS result and after 10 days new IELTS result submitted with improved result. BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT U JUST HAVE TIME UPTO WHEN VISA OFFICER STARTS REVIEW. U MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT IMPROVED RESULT BEFORE "RECIEVED BY VISA OFFICE" e-case.
Its my suggestion to you furthur u can consult with any otner seniod also.

Yes its better option rather to stop all process and to reapply again from Day 1 to Nova Scotia.

ya, i my self very worried confused , given IELTS 5th time always got the same marks not improving some things always happens wrong over all 7 bands , i have done Masters in Business adminission will it fetch me 22 points ??? 10 years primary 2 years secondary 2 years bechlors 2 years masters? and i am also certified professional of oracle data base administration i m lacking 2 points i have calculated 22 points in my education is it correct??? seniors plz reply ...............
