with CRS 434 how do I apply for PNP

I am a newbie on this forum and in Express Entry pool for last 3 months. My CRS is 434 and the only way left to increase CRS is by learning French.

while it seems an endless waiting on this score, is there a PNP program that I can apply. I have zero knowledge on how to start on PNP.

Please guide which PNP program I can chose and how to apply. I really want to immigrate in 2019
