With CRS 410+, what options do I have to apply for PR in Express & Express PR?

Although my exact score is 410 but I have given IELTS again to improve my score and I am expecting CLB 10 this time.
My NOC 2173-2175 i.e. Software Engineer, roles & duties are web developer & designer. These are my queries-

1. I went to many consultants in my city all of them told me that my profile is good and that I can get PR through Express PNP in 4-6 months.

2. Most of them told me that bcoz my score is 400+ I'll instantly get a nomination from Ontario province and and that nomination will increase my score by adding 600 additional points. With this I'll be eligible to apply in Express PNP.

3. What is OINP, Express Entry, Express PNP and PNP.

4. Is the duration that these consultants told me is exact duration or is it more?

5. What are the condition in Express PNP & PNP? I've read that if I get PNP either Express PNP or PNP then under the conditions I've to live in that particular province for 700+ days and if failed then my PR card will not renewed next time? How true is this information?

2. Ontario Immigration Nomination Program, PNP is Provincial Nomination Program

General duration is 9-12 months. Sometimes even more.

PNP is for those who do not have enough CRS. People do get PR through PNPs, its a very old system. You can try your luck.

but if we have 400+ scores and applying in PNP or Express PNP then don't we get the the invitation early within 40 days I guess? Bcoz applicant with 400+ scores are like having higher scores or something? doesn't that decrease the duration?
Is Express PNP and PNP same thing or different? If different then how?
