You CRS score does not matter while applying for PNP.
If you clear the respective PNP's selection criteria, 600 points will get added to your CRS and you will get an invitation to apply when the next Express Entry draw happens. GL
IMO you should be able to adequately demonstrate that you put in all efforts possible to get a job & settle in the province which gave you a PNP nomination, and make a case for moving out. Most people consider one year as the minimum.
While the federal act gives you the right to live and work in any province once you have a PR, it could hamper your citizenship application later if you are seen as having used the PNP to ONLY ENTER Canada. GL
