with 15 number of backlogs can i get VISA for PG Diploma.?

Give it a try. stop worrying before even applying, hope for the good. in my opinion visa is about luck more then anything, try to get ur paperwork right n explain a very good reason in ur sop about backlogs and then pray

i don't think so, of course the numbers of courses u can repeat are already restricted in college or universities and there are certain rules n regulation of every institute, so why they ll restrict numbers again, so no, i don't think so.
