First and foremost if you are interested in studying in canada (believe you and me I dont think you are interested you are only interested in finding a way to immigrate to Canada) than you need to start off with the no brain scenario. It costs to study in Canada can you produce a bank statement showing in excess of 25,000 canadian dollars? If not than forget it.

I always shoot from the hip!

well thanks for ur reply but believe it or not different people got different view and my view is keep continuing study but as i am from a middle class family my parents cant afford that much cost of study in UK or canada wherever ... thats why i might need to seek job in order to maintain my costs.. and also my father is not a big business man that i will take over him.. thats why i wanted to settle down somewhere and help my family to go on. finally i chose UK but dick head govt doesnt want intl students to settle here, if i keep going on here i would must spend money and time but will not gain anything after finishing study have to go back my country... so thats why i desperately wanted to go to canada because i have heard that still there has many chances to settle down..
do u think it would be good for me?
could u recommend me any agency in UK who deal with canada visa ..

many thanks

Looks like I was right after all!! You have immigration intent written all over what ever application you make for canada from the UK. No need to abuse the UK government. If you ever make it to canada remember one thing the head of state is the British Queen.

A historical note: I personally still have not forgiven canada for breaking with UK foreign policy during the Suez Crisis 1956, when the Canadian government actively worked to thwart Britain's invasion of Egypt.

Tanvir if you want to study in canada, first decide in which province you want to study people choose different provinces for different reasons, but most people choose on the basis of their community.
The best way to migrate these day is through national nominee program.
Each province have their own requirements if you fulfill the requirement the province will issue you their nominee certificate through which you can apply for PR.

Dude I think any country wants international students to settle. It defeats the point of applying as an international student. You sound like an economic migrant (some who is looking to settle down for a better lifestyle). You quoted "desperately wanted to go to canada because i have heard that still there has many chances to settle down" the saying goes "the grass is always greener on the other side". Its not easy settling in Canada if you look around other topics in this forum you'll see how many new highly qualified immigrants are struggling to make ends meet (doctors, engineers, scientists). And these are the people who've already qualified under the Canadian points system to come here legally. Being an international student it would be much much harder for you to settle here. You could apply to one of the European countries, the transition will be much easier and it will cost you less in the long run

Speaking from a religious point of view. It appears to me Tanvir that you are a muslim. As a muslim you should know that you are not allowed to live amongst non-muslims (kafirs) by free choice. Why do you want to go against the tenants of your faith?

Macthpak why are you so hard on this guy? you must understand first and foremost that this site is active so people can ask questions and be helped not insulted or confused further. What is wrong if one wants to study somewhere and thereafter emigrate? what is wrong if a muslim stays with live with people of other faith? am beginning to doubt your intentions on this forum are u an applicant or a racist? or even more a religious fanatic? whatever you are or whichever you are if you can not give simple answer to someone's question then just keep quiet and dont compound the persons problem.

The fellow says he is in UK schooling and things are hard that means he needs somewhere where the working hours are a bit relaxed so he can work and support himself rather than bothering his poor parents and you are here insulting him and preaching religion

Buddy,
i really dont have right answers for your questions but i believe you can start by checking out canadian colleges on google depending on the province. You can check manitoba or other provinces that are not as expensive as Ontario and check the list of colleges there. You then check the list of thier courses, contact group and admission requirement. You dont have to use any agency those agency will collect your money and do very little for you. When you see a school and course that you like, send an email to them with all your questions and i tell you they are always ready to help.

Apply to many schools so you can have variety and always post your questions here you will always find help. You might even be lucky to find help from applicant from your country and Indians they are much here and would always guide you through. You can send a private message pm to Qorax, Explorer or even shibuya am sure they will guide you. Best of luck.

NB
Dont feel bad that you are trying to emigrate using school cause you are not alone, many people on the forum are trying to go to Canada using the education option so you are not alone.

and pls recommend a best full guide..
many thanks

Just a sidebar here, I didn't think you were able to get a work permit until after 6 months of studies. Does this make any difference to your plans. Please double check this issue...this isn't my area of expertise.

Pippin is correct. For the first six months, you can only work on-campus/at the university or college. After you have studied for six months, you can apply for an off-campus work permit.

Both Pippin and scylla are wrong on this matter.

Technically you can work off campus before 6 months, you need to approach the immigration authority directly and explain the circumstances why you need to work off campus before 6 months of study. The reason you give must be exceptional and out of your control. Example: You are being supported by funds from India, suddenly the Indian currency devalues by 200% or 300% or alternatively India introduces restrictions of foreign exchange transfers. Under these circumstances the canadian immigration authorities have and will allow you to work for a limited period off campus before 6 months.

I shoot from the hip!!
