WINTER JANUARY 2017 INTAKE APPLYING FROM WITHIN USA STUDY PERMIT

I applied on Nov15 for the second time. At first it was on oct15 and I got refusal letter on Nov 10. I am international student and I didn’t provide proof of my legal status for the first time. My class starts on Jan 8. What should I expect?

As I read your post, it felt like I have written it because exactly the same thing happened to me. And almost on the same dates. I re applied on November 17. I made the same mistake of not attaching the proof of legal status in USA. Did you hear anything from them? I was to start on Jan 8 too but now deferred my admission. So stressed.

Can you please tell me how long it took you guys to get your visa? Also, what you attached as your legal proof of stay in the US? I have to begun in May, and I am very concerned at this time.
