Hi all
Guidance required on winter clothing. We live in Middle East and I will fly to Toronto from India in September.
1. What will be temperature in September. do we need winter clothing in september.
2. Is it advisable to buy winterclothes from ME/India
3. What will be the cost of winter clothing set in C$ per person.

September weather will be moderate...12 to 15 degrees in general. For safety purposes, do carry routine winter clothing with inners. Buying from Canada will be OK as well in terms of cost. Not much difference

Hi shankariyer , Really September is a good month to land in Canada. You and family ( if accompanied ) can enjoy the amazing scenery of the 'fall'. The weather also would be very nice and if you were living in the ME,bring few light winter wear for immediate use. In case of rain the temperature could go down and the wind would be slightly chilly. In order to take protection from new atmospheric change you can use light winter clothing you have already. Once you are ready to start shopping, you can find lot of malls where the winter clothings are sold cheap during "Fall Sale". Branded winter wear are cheaper in Canada than ME.
