Hello everybody! I am in dilemma should I start online classes while waiting for visa? My college said that if I get rejection before 30th April then they will refund my full fees. Is it wise choice to start online classes in Jan 2021?

In my case, I am starting my online classes while waiting for visa. My classes are starting on January 18, 2021. And I am hoping to reach Canada by the end of January

I applied from Saudi Arabia and approximate processing time is 16 weeks now. I have been waiting for 13 weeks now. So hoepfully, I will get my study permit and travel to Canada.

What about refund policy? Is their any rule to get refund like my college said if I get rejection before 30th April then only I can get refund. I have applied in sds category from India and only biometrics has been updated yet so that's why it's very difficult to choose what to do.
