No idea, I have observed that they may take some extra time to send decision letters, longer waiting period after BVL means greater the chances of approval, but if you send them webform, they respond promptly

It has been 90 days since i got BVL. Raised web form in December and got generic reply. Applied for GCMS notes on 19th Jan. Any idea when i will get the notes?

You shall recieve your notes soon, sometimes it may take upto 35 days but check your spam folder aswell.

Once you receive it, check your Elgibility section, Outgoing section and VO notes in the end to see what decision they came up with, Good Luck

Hello bro,
I have applied for study permit on 7th January (second time) Non-SDS
Received BVL on 16th Jan-2020. Again I have Received BVL yesterday on 4th Feb-2020.
i have already sent them webform, they replied "Still application in process".
The only thing frustrating me is when I had applied frist time on 14 dec-2019. I had received BVL and refusal Decision letter on same day 2nd Jan-2020.
Is this normal receiving again BVL after 19 days of first BVL received for the same application??

Many people got approval today from AbuDhabi. all of them got BVL on 15th Feb and today they got OPR.

It is basically called Correspondence letter which contains the validity of my biometrics. I have already completed my biometrics on Nov 24, 2020.
