Hi Guys

This is my first post !

I'm applying for Fall 2016 to University of Ottawa..
for MA.Sc in Civil Engineering.

And was wondering what my chances are of getting admission.

I have a 3.4 GPA so far (doing my final year of B.sc in Civil Engineering) in Ethiopia.
I'm yet to take IELTS in February. I'm sure that I can get at least a 7.5 (fingers crossed)
