guys need your opinion...seeing that things are getting delay at CHC's end should we ask for an extention letter from the university.. more over what are the chances now that we will get a decision after xmas?

Extension letter as in deferring to the next semester? I think you should wait for them to ask for it. You don't want to be in a position where you have deferred your admission and later get your visa too. We need to be patient buddy, you will certainly hear something within the next few days. And I believe CHC too will try and get us off their backs before Christmas.
