Winnipeg, Red River College. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi,
I'm gonna apply for Applied computer science in both RRC n Winnipeg University.
I just have 60% maths & 7 in IELTS (7 in each field).
Do I have chances to get enrolled? grades in maths r low.
Further i read on their website that we should submit our original docs.
How will I get them back in case they reject me?
Further I have been living n studied in Italy whole my life. Don't they need translated docs?
Should I send translation along with originals?
Help please
