hello, i have 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering after 10th standard. Now please tell me that in Manitoba EOI education assessment, am i eligible to fill one post-secondary program of two years or one post-secondary program of three years(degree) ?
there is one more question that i have got overall 5.5 scores in Ielts general, Listening 6, Reading 5, Speaking 5.5, Writing 5.5 scores. i think that my overall CLB is 6 but tell me each CLB of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening so i can fill my correct EOI (Expression of Interest).

How Long was your mechanical Engineering course (post-secondary program) ? Was it 2 years or 3+ years? Since u said "3 yrs diploma", i assume that your post sec program should fall under "One post-secondary program of three years or more" worth 110 Points.
