hello everyone .. i want to apply for higher studies so which place is best to go if i want to easily get PR
should i go Toronto or Winnipeg ??

there is no good place. it depends on what work u do, and if that work is valuable to canada.
my advice is where ever u go, study hard and get good result. then u can work anywhere in canada of ur choosing.

I will agree with the previous post. I would also like to add that Toronto is a big city, biggest of all and you will have more options in applying for a job in Toronto than Winnipeg.
