I did my Oath online with the Winnipeg office on Nov 8. My “citizenship ceremony” still shows as “in progress”. This office seems to be known for it slowness and as someone who would still like to make an international travel by late December, I’m now anxious waiting for the citizenship certificate to arrive in time. For those of you who’re in the same boat (anyone who did Oath with the Winnipeg office since Oct 1), would you share if you have received your certificate or not? Also, have your “citizenship ceremony” status changed to “complete”? Please state your Oath date in the thread. Thank you.
