Is there any legal liability to stay in Manitoba under PNP or applicants could choose to stay in different province as well?

What i know is that you need to establish 2 years residency...if you will move to another province it's your sponsor who will suffer the consequence cause they are no Longer be allowed to sponsor again.

Just sharing my time line:

October 2012 - Applied to Manitoba via Snail Mail
October 15, 2013 - Received My LOA from MPNP
November 18, 2013 - Submitted docs to CIC

I wanna ask,
1st.. in average, how long does CIC makes a response to my submission? or how long does it takes before I received an AOR?
2nd..Does the process depends on the type of stream that u applied for?
3rd... how does CIC send their AOR? via email or via courier?

Thanks in advance guys! :)

Well done on your LOA. You are halfway finish to graduation. ;D ;D ;D

To answer your queries:

(1) This usually on average is 1-2 months. Lately, it is becoming quite fast. Most people are receiving an AOR between 25-35 days.
(2) No, this does not depend on the application stream. This is now CIC and not Manitoba. It depends on how complete the papers you submit, medical results and security clearance and on the Visa Officer.
(3) CIC send their AOR via email. But if you did not provide your email address, they send this via snail mail.

/hth

I haven't heard of any incident. Most people send via courier, so that they can track the documents. Once it has been signed by a CIC employee, you are sure that it has been received.

hi lhobcemea,

stay healthy , drink plenty of water or juices and make sure that you arrive early at St Lukes Global. it will open at around 8am, but make sure you arrive there early probably 7:30am cause the guards there will orient you on the xerox copies of their requirement. you might be finished within 2 hrs or less... good luck :)
