Hello, Kwinkal.

I'm an applicant under MPNP General, I have applied last July and waiting for supporter's interview. I just want to ask if I will be the one will receive an email to schedule the interview or they will contact my supporter directly by email or phone?
Also, may I ask for some tips on what they will ask during the interview?

hi everyone im new here and new to the application for the provincial nominee program, i have several questions i hope you guys can help me out

1) how many person can a person support in the provincial nominee, i will be supported by two friends however my other friend she just process her cousin paper under nominee program as well that she is the primary sponsor will she be able to sponsor me as well?

2) im a newly seperated from my husband, we dont have divorce yet however i requested to have a seperation agreement and custody agreement for me and my kids ( i have two kids). being divorce will it be an issue on my application?

3) just wanna confirm if a friend can sponsor in MPNP..

To answer to your questions:

(1) As far as I know from threads I have read, if your sponsor is having a current sponsorship he/she cannot sponsor until that application is finish.

(2) You don't need to add your soon to be ex-husband in your application. And as long as you got custody to your kids, you are entitled to add them as your dependents in your application.

(3) Yes, friends can sponsor, you get 10 points for that in the new MPNP assessment.

That will give you an idea if you are eligible for MPNP.

Agrees, my sponsor was called directly and he was asked how close we are and what I have been doing lately etc. After a week or so, I got my LOA. I found out early because I specified in the form to use my sponsor's address when they want to contact me. As postal system within Canada is faster, my sponsor emailed me to tell me the good news.

hey cebugirl,

I already stated that before my application, so basically I didn't make any changes. Plus with 4 weeks since the interview, they might have already made a decision and mailed it a couple of weeks ago. At this point, it's too late to make the changes.

Some threads mentioned calling or emailing MPNP for a follow up on your application. Some were able to get answers. Maybe you should try that.

Hi Forum mates,

If you're for medical check-ups, please consider these tips:

1. Please check your blood pressure before going to the hospital/clinic. The required is 120/80. Higher than that will require for clearance in cardiologist. You will do ECG and threadmill tests (extra expenses). Don't get nervous coz it will increase your bp.
2. For X-ray, take a deep deep breath! So the x-ray will be cleared. If not clear, you will ask to take APL x-ray. If abnormal still, you will be required to take sputum test, which will take 3 days.
3. Stay healthy! Drink a lot of water, sleep well.

Dont be so anxious. One applicant had his supporter's interview last feb 2013 and his LOA just released last month. For me, my sponsor was interviewed on March 2013 and no LOA yet. If you want to follow up, you can email them on this mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca.

is there a confirmation of receipt after submission of additional documents? in my case was the SP2. my sponsor has emailed it 2weeks ago but still neither of us received any confirmation if they have received it.

Thank you. we submitted our application on September 6, 2013 and received it by Mike on the 11th.
