Hi tabs179, so far to the best of my knowledge I have asked these questions as well and no one has been asked to provide these docs (letter of employment and/or bank statement/proof of funds) at the CIC stage.However, this does not mean it is a total impossibility, but all these documents are ALL embedded into what informed the issuance of your Letter of Approval or the Nomination Certificate. Requesting for these docs will be a duplication of efforts. Unless, there is a real reason to do so, but we pray they do not request for a document that is NOT on the Document Checklist.

Meanwhile, in a case where a document requested on the Document Checklist is NOT available one stands a HUGE RISK of the entire application package being RETURNED as this was strictly emphasized. So we all want to ensure we do our own bit of the task..

i agree ohanne. waiting gives us stress. but you submitted ahead of ours. CIC received our application September 11, 2013. did you include your timeline in july-september tracking?
