Guys excuse me.. tanggap ko na po kasi yung LOA ko.. and sabi ng CIC mag apply na daw ako for perma resident visa and pass all my application directing to CIO-NS... PROBLEM ko is tama ba yung form na mga nakita ko sa site nila.. Can anyone give me alink ng mga forms for provincial nominated people para ma confirm ko kung tama ba yung issend ko sa kanila plsss thanks...

Its going to take some time.

If CIC has any issues they will contact you.

But it is in the same state since April 20 2013?

Hello All,
Please i will appreciate a quick answer to my query. I want to know if i will have to attach my sponsors PR card and Manitoba health card when am filling my application or my sponsor will have to send directly to the MPNP office. Am asking because i didnt see any place on the onlin application where i will have to attach that. A quick response will be appreciated cos i have gathered everything required for me to submit my application.

Yes.. Thats true.. I have written in many threads and everybody surprised that eventhough I'm under GS stream, I got LOA. May be they got from my application what they wanted..

I applied via MPNP - General Stream online, my sponsor is my uncle.

This is my timeline:

Applied Online to MPNP: 7 January 2013
Confirmation of Application: 8 January 2013
Additional Document Request: 21 May 2013 (Bank Statement)
Sponsor Interview: 13 June 2013
Additional Document Request: 13 June 2013 (Current Letter of Employment)
LOA Received by the Sponsor: 5 July 2013


So, far I haven't sent my CIC yet. I had to get two Police Clearances, (1) NBI from the Philippines and (2) Police Clearance from UK (as I lived there for 6 years). And it took a while to get them.

I will be sending my CIC this weekend via courier. I just want to ask those who had already submitted their CIC. Did any of you have experience of being asked for any additional documents, especially Bank Statement and Letter of Employment?

I am just very curious and also, hopefully wouldn't have to be asked anymore to avoid delays.

Looking forward to your responses.

Hello Please follow the Document checklist strictly. If you have your LOA, you do not need your letter of employment or bank statement just fill out all the relevant forms and sign on them. Ensure your spouse if you are married, signs as well wherever she/he is supposed to sign. Lastly, remember to use the mailing address for courier to CIC and not the address for regular mail on your LOA with PO Box.

Hi tabs179, so far to the best of my knowledge I have asked these questions as well and no one has been asked to provide these docs (letter of employment and/or bank statement/proof of funds) at the CIC stage.However, this does not mean it is a total impossibility, but all these documents are ALL embedded into what informed the issuance of your Letter of Approval or the Nomination Certificate. Requesting for these docs will be a duplication of efforts. Unless, there is a real reason to do so, but we pray they do not request for a document that is NOT on the Document Checklist.

Meanwhile, in a case where a document requested on the Document Checklist is NOT available one stands a HUGE RISK of the entire application package being RETURNED as this was strictly emphasized. So we all want to ensure we do our own bit of the task..
