April 18, 2012 - Submitted docs to MPNP
September 12, 2012 - Date of letter of approval from MPNP
Nov 26, 2012 - Received letter of approval from MPNP
Dec 10, 2012 - Submitted application package to CIO, Nova Scotia
January 26, 2013 - Received via email AOR and confirmation from CIO ( with Official receipt num)
February 26, 2013 - Received via email from Embassy Manila a Medical request and RPRF
March 11, 2013- Medical's done
March 27,2013- ECAS We started processing your application March 27, 2013
May 3,2013- Medical result sent to CEM by St Lukes
May 10, 2013-ECAS- Medical result have been received

Online application is a lot faster than courier just make sure all documents scanned and uploaded. Self assesment is now included to be uploaded.

i dont know if i got this wrong: my cousin (in WInnipeg) is going to sponsor me for the MPNP so i guess this will be under the family stream application, right? here's the thing.. i have already paid for an agency to help me (for FSW but then, didnt push through and she said my cousin will be the first one to send the application to get the LOA then she will be the one to process everything once i get the LOA) and i am really really confused. here are my questions and correct me if i am wrong.. PLEASE.

TO GET THE LOA:

1. will i send my application form, along with the requirements (notarized documents) and SP1,TO MY FIRST COUSIN?
2. then, she will fill up Settlement Part 2.. will SHE be the one to send EVERYTHING that i sent her along with SP2 to the office?
3. THEN WAIT FOR THE REPLY?

OR..

1. i will be the one to send the application (along with her SP2 and my other required documents) ONLINE?
2. both of us will wait for the reply?

additional question:

are there other requirements that my cousin needs to complete other than the SP2?

as my brother is there .
And yes I advise submit online as you can see file number got it next day of submit , while in mail system they receieve it after three or four months

My friend according to my small exp and knowledge . I can tell you that you almost say everything right
You as an applicant will send your documents "Employment , Education , English .... "
and the SP1 and some documents which show his residence in MB and his health card insurance card and birth certificate

Then after you apply your relative will receive e-mail tell him that you chose him as a sponsor and he need to send
SP2 within one month from application received .

I uploaded a bank certificate not a history of past 6 moths online , and then I submitted my application .
How can I add new document after submit or anyway you would suggest it to me ?

On line application is a lot faster than sending it thru mail. Just follow the instruction carefully. Re SP2 there is also an instruction once you finish uploading your docs to e mail and inform your cousin about your intention and he will be requested to submit his SP2 and attached docs to prove his residency.

Got my LOA after 5mos am now processing my PR application at CIC.

Since you already submitted your application you can no longer add any docs but you can e mail it to them or wait for them to send you an e mail if they are not satisfied with your bank statement.
