i dont know if i got this wrong: my cousin (in WInnipeg) is going to sponsor me for the MPNP so i guess this will be under the family stream application, right? here's the thing.. i have already paid for an agency to help me (for FSW but then, didnt push through and she said my cousin will be the first one to send the application to get the LOA then she will be the one to process everything once i get the LOA) and i am really really confused. here are my questions and correct me if i am wrong.. PLEASE.

TO GET THE LOA:

1. will i send my application form, along with the requirements (notarized documents) and SP1,TO MY FIRST COUSIN?
2. then, she will fill up Settlement Part 2.. will SHE be the one to send EVERYTHING that i sent her along with SP2 to the office?
3. THEN WAIT FOR THE REPLY?

OR..

1. i will be the one to send the application (along with her SP2 and my other required documents) ONLINE?
2. both of us will wait for the reply?

additional question:

are there other requirements that my cousin needs to complete other than the SP2?

MPNP is not Family Class.

You should have instructions as to how to submit the application but since you are being sponsored I would send your application to her to include with her sponsorship since that is the foundation of your application.

Same thing with my experience all you have to do for now is wait and if there is something they need from you they will send you an e mail.

Query for Mpnp online application, documents attached such as Birthcert,Marriage cert, transcript, diploma and coe do we still need to notarized it from DFA or no need? Everything was translated/written in english language.

Also, do we need to include the elementary education or high school to college diplomas only

- If you are using the MPNP online and uploading your original documents you do not need to notarize them anymore. The originals will do just fine

- Your High school up until your college diploma is okay. My sponsor was interviewed and I was equally interviewed and all that was requested was my Masters Diploma which I did not upload during submission, because I did not have it in my possession then. But they did not demand my elementary diploma.

The processing in Canada is taking real slow. Probably we should explore on other options like in Australia. May I share to all of you what I read.

You may visit the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) website of Australia and explore on State Nomination or what they call Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 Visa. It is less complicated but also points system, at least 60 points in order to qualify. As soon as you get nominated in a particular state, you can then apply for permanent residency. My colleague only waited 3 months to be nominated by New South Wales, now her application for PR including her entire family is now with DIAC and they need to wait for only 6-8 months processing time to get the approval.

Hope the above will help all of us. Australia is a lot less populated compared to Canada.

hi friends, i have a huge problem .. on the application, i put my endorser's number wrong... someone I know in winnipeg said that according to the person he spoke with when he called MPNP that my endorser should go to the immigration office and they provided an address- 213 7th floor. But from what I know immgration offices have already closed. I have emailed MPNP with our file number, still no reply. I am truly worried. I am worried that if I fail to update the number they will call the wrong number and reach the a wrong person.
