Good luck with your test.. I hope we would see more tests next week.Hello Friends
@winpro @wpg5 @Vault0109 @Balboul
This morning it was only ecas showing test invitation, I just check my mailbox and i do have letter from IRCC regarding my test with instructions. I can't really comment on how the system works but i firmly beleive that it varies from case to case. Soon or later, everyone will get it. I know saying to wait is easy, and putting the frustrations in those four words is unjustice. I just want to say, it will come- when? depends on a whole bunch of factors.
I will keep posting if something new comes in.

I am writing for the first time on this page. From Winnipeg, family of 3 (1 minor), IP since 25th Jan., no test invite yet. What is this "security clearance" exactly mean?.....forgive my ignorance.Well, I am early January IP and it looks like Winnipeg CIC is not in rush to get applications finalized, especially those for which they are awaiting security clearance. All of you, it just that our security clearance is awaiting and Winnipeg has enough applicants with security clearance that they do not bother with us until we are cleared (or are member of a family application and everyone else is cleared). That seems to be the underlying trend I have noticed from the forum here. In any case, I really hope that the applications will be done within the 1 year processing time and besides, I do not need citizenship for any specific purpose (At least at this point) like for applying a specific job or to travel somewhere.
Cheers and think of 1 Yr processing time. Your jitters will fade away.
