windsor University date changed?

Mine application was in process sfrom 2nd feb. but now today when i opened the portal my date changed to 27th march. Anyone has idea why?

You can expect a decision on your application to arrive soon.. maybe like in 15-20 days
 
One of my friend got refused
And they said meng civil mech ece etc are full. Moreover they said that they recieved double the applications and now will consider for january session who applied after 31st january for sept 2017

Did his date changed like us?
 
Dear All,
I applied on 29th September for May/Summer Intake in ECE MEng. On 15 October my application status changed to In Process. On 23rd October my application status remained same but the date changed to 23rd October. Yesterday i have sent an email to MEng department and they are saying that my application is with graduate studies. What do you people say how long will it take to get the result. Also what are my chances of acceptance?

Please Advise
