What should we do if we didn't hear anything for the submitted atip-aiprp request under privacy act?

I submitted one on Nov 14 2021, as i didn't hear anything i have submitted other on Jan 6th 2022

I did mine too on Nov 16th and haven't heard since. Not sure what to do. Did you submit the request from outside Canada? I did and not sure if that has anything to do with this blackhole delivery!

No i dont think so as i received it without any problem last year and now problem only in the last few months for more/most people.

I too submitted on nov 09 but no word. Seems they shut the gcms shop.

No i dont think so as i received it without any problem last year and now problem only in the last few months for more/most people.

Looks like everyone is having issues with Windsor office as it seems they don't have employees to work on files as everytime I pass by their offices on walker there is barely 6 cars parked!! Applied March 2021 and BG and test are completed since October 22nd and no updates since that time.

I am in the similar boat. Background done in Aug 2021 and test completed in September 27 2021. Applied in March 2021.
