Windsor Citizenship applicants

Tomorrow is a month for me since test status was set to "Completed". Fingers crossed.

Yes will see if we are lucky to get DM within a month. From the tracking sheet, we have 42% chance.

Seems some applicants of 2019 and 2020 gets DM/oath invite after 3-4 months too. So its again another episode of waiting period in which we feel like we "should not be left out in the race", just like we anticipated to get into the Test invite (waiting) stage.
damn... i felt very less worried at PR stage(of course after filing PR application after nomination) since things were smooth and most were able to predict timeline and most were not left out and here with citizenship process, half are being left out to get attended on time. Not good. Cant do much too. Great. Every week i am writing on it

No movement after test for one month. Will see if there is any document request/interview/DM this month(or at least next month).

I havent seen anyone talking about it but possibly because we have few 2020 waiting after test. Couple of members completed but i think they are above 55 or urgent cases. So still not sure how they process the applications after Test(with or without document request or straight DM). Will see.

But one or two members have completed Test in June itself and waiting. So not sure if windsor officers are off for summer vacation. Will see if any movement once school starts

I was wondering whats going on with Windsor office, applicants til Dec 2020 received test invites. Do thy have any intention of doing the whole of 2020 applicants all at once for oath?

Possible because they invited most(more than 60%) of 2020 for test in few weeks from May2020 irrelevant of the month applied in 2020. So will see any DM/Oath wave hits this month or next month. Its fine as long as they at least send it.

Sick of this COVID and the way they are processing our applications. I am never going to vote the current government.

Earlier days, it used to take years and same for PR as well. So gradually its improving in the last 10 years. I doubt that its anything to do with the govt. They had it mostly streamlined the process(and reduced the levels of approvals to avoid waiting times before covid).

CIC is not serving the citizens hence no one is really keen in making cic accountable/efficient. Its just there to just import people legally. Thats all.

But now covid complicated and gave good excuse to officers. Same covid didnt affect the organization such as passport canada. which got back to normal months ago. So its not about govt, its about who they serve.

Seems that windsor is silent for 2 months as few other persons who completed test is also waiting from June mid-end like you. That too you did at May end itself and waiting. Hopefully someone works during this summer vacation time.
