Windsor Citizenship applicants

I hope that they work on test completed candidates before they issue more tests.

Interview should be the last resort for them as they should be trying first to get more documents to confirm any detail they have doubt about. They should be completing first half of 2020 candidates first and move to second half but it doesnt happen that way hence will see how they do for oath invites.

Windsor is a small office with far fewer applicants than Toronto or GTA offices. They should be working blazing fast and yet here we are... suffering at the hands of Windsor office !!!!!

u guys haven't received passport request up till now right ? is your status bg complete and test complete rest in progress ? oath not started yet?

For me BG is still in progress, only test is completed. FP submitted early this month. Will have to see when it wud be complete

One Feb2020 applicant gave oath this month. His/her test was in May hence we need to see what happens next month.

For me BG is still in progress, only test is completed. FP submitted early this month. Will have to see when it wud be complete

Good that officer didnt wait for your background to complete before issuing test. He/she saved you sometime.
THere will be review for your file due to fingerprint records arrival. will see if officer works on your file soon.

Ironically both FP request and test request showed up on the same day! God bless him/her for sending both at the same time and saving a ton of theirs and my time. Finally, some level of efficiency!!

I have updated my new address in Windsor using ecas tool on jul 3rd, i still see it didn't get updated on my profile. When i am using ecas tool, it mentioned that it will take 5 business days. Now it's almost 3 weeks. Any idea how to get it updated?

Dont do multiple requests. It'll take sometime to update given the current volume of backlogs everywhere.

My address changed happened in 10 days. My son's application never got updated and tried to update again but still didnt happen and later i could see that it got updated only after 3 weeks. So wait for another week.

I can suggest you to call IRCC and tell agent your new address and they can update rite away on call and confirm address update request is submitted in system,

I was trying to track the sheet. Seems that Jun guys(including one May candidate) took test are still waiting for DM hence Jul tested like me will need to wait.
Also there is no new test invite for the few weeks hence thinking there is a break at office work for some time. I dont know if they will return back in Aug or Sep to work on files (after vacation probably ).

@harirajmohan I got in touch with Aug 2nd applicant from Windsor... his test invite date and test window are exactly the same as mine.

Guess, Windsor office is sending invites in weekly batches format.

Also, he got done with his test on 22nd and still is waiting for the test to be marked as complete. Guess the Windsor office is DEAD AGAIN !!!

Yes, weekly but i think that specifically on Mondays as we received our Test updates on Tuesdays and most of our Tests start on following Fridays. So we can just check our statuses weekly on Tuesdays, if we can resist .

Last few weeks there is no movement. Will see if there will be any next month or worst case we would get movement in Sep for sure as they are not that slow after the Test at least(i think ).

Also there seems to be no DM since last month hence there is high chance that they will issue some DMs next month, if not worst case Sep.

Tomorrow is a month for me since test status was set to "Completed". Fingers crossed.
