if a person has 4 or more back logs during his 4 years course, will they consider his papers for admission?

Upto 8 backlogs are acceptable.. 4 arrears are not at all a problem.. proceed with confidence

Hi... I understand from the university now that they will not accept applications with more than 2 backlogs....

If at all you secure admission with more than 2 back logs, they ask you to submit semester wise transcripts on arrival at the University . Is that correct?
